House Portraits make the perfect gift!

Here's what my clients are saying:

"My husband loved it, and it brought tears to our daughter-in-laws eyes!" -D.

"My client cried when she saw it, she loved having a portrait of their just-sold  home for future memories." -Realtor, S. E.

"My parents loved it - it made a wonderful anniversary gift" -C. H.

"Hey! I got my painting and I LOVE IT! (Many hearts!) Thx again!" -C.L.

Whether it be for yourself, a loved one, or a thoughtful gift for the one who is down-sizing from the family home, it's sure to be cherished.

I personally hand-paint each house portrait watercolor on 140£ Arches Cold Press watercolor paper.

I will walk you through to get the best angle photographically I can base the watercolor on. It helps to get a picture from the season you want represented so I can see the plantings and tree colors and shapes. This may sound like a bit of work, but is well worth it in the end result!

My house portraits start at $350.00  for a   10  x   13 " original painting sized to fit a standard 16 x 20" frame with a mat (not included).

Each painting is painstakenly wrapped, rolled and placed in a weatherproof travel tube to arrive in the best condition for you. It is reccommended that you remove your painting and unroll it immediately upon arrival. Instructions are included in the tube for unrolling and preparing your custom painting to be matted and framed.
